Connection
Take a slow breath—and as you exhale, imagine softening the space around your heart.
You are not alone. You were never meant to do this life in isolation.
Connection is a thread, a bridge, a quiet tether to the world around you.
With each inhale, feel yourself opening.
With each exhale, release the fear of being seen, of being known.
Say to yourself:
I am open to connection.
I am worthy of love and belonging.
I offer my presence with tenderness and courage.
Picture the people, the creatures, the places you feel connected to.
Feel them in your heart.
Breathe into that shared field.
You are held. You are part of the web.
And you are enough, just as you are.
