Peace

Take a slow, nourishing breath.
Feel your shoulders drop, your jaw unclench, your heart soften.

Peace is not the absence of movement or sound.
Peace is the spaciousness within you—the still place you can return to, no matter the storm outside.

With each inhale, invite in softness.
With each exhale, release tension, release gripping, release the need to figure it all out.

Imagine yourself floating in a calm sea, held by gentle waves.
Say to yourself:

I am allowed to rest. I am allowed to soften. I am allowed to trust.
Peace is available to me, here and now.

Breathe it in.
Know that peace lives within you, always waiting to be remembered.
